Enjoy living in the heart of downtown Sea Bright! This 3br 1bath home is tastefully updated and comes fully furnished. Hardwood floors throughout, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Gas grill and outdoor space for relaxing. Walk to town, shops, restaurants and the beach! One assigned parking spot in front of house (one street permit provided). 4 Beach passes provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach passes :) Please note, the twin beds are best suited for children.

Good to know

3 bedrooms: 1-King, 1-Queen and 2 Twins (best suited for children, not adults). Each bedroom has their own HVAC unit so each guest can control the temperature of their room. 4 beach passes and chairs provided! Outdoor space for grilling and entertaining.

House Rules

Guests must be 28 years or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, twin beds best suited for children. No smoking, vaping or social gatherings.

Other Details to Note

Twin beds are best suited for children. Minimum age of guests is 29 years old. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. We provide linens (including beach towels) and enough toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc to get your trip started. Please bring additional or there is a Super Food Town in Atlantic Highlands or Acme in Fair Haven. Please Note: Summer 2025 - There is construction one block over from the house. We apologize in advance for any traffic or disturbance and are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know! STORMS: If there is a flood warning, vehicles must be moved to higher ground at either the lot behind Borough Hall or Municipal parking. Any damage to vehicles is the responsibility of the guest.

We had an absolutely gorgeous stay at Sea Bright. The property exceeded expectations and the location was perfect for beach and all local restaurants and bars. The host Lisa was always responsive and gave clear instructions and local recommendations. The house had such a lovely homely vibe. We’d definitely travel back!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s home! House was super clean, had everything you need (the beach cart was awesome!) and was an amazing location right across the beach and walking distance to everything. Lisa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and was especially helpful with us renting a crib for our 1.5 year old (thanks again for bringing it upstairs for us!). There is a pack n play but our kiddo is spoiled! Would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay at Lisa’s place! It was the perfect beach weekend and we fell in love with the area and the location (being walkable to the beach and several restaurants and things to do). Definitely would come back for a quick trip from nyc!

We had a wonderful weekend at The Sea Shanty! It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better- walkable to the beach and all of Sea Bright’s best spots. Lisa was friendly and responsive. A great host! Would definitely return!

We loved our stay in Sea Bright. There were four of us; me, my husband, and our two daughters (14) , (12). The house was the perfect fit for us. It is located in a cute little beach town. There are many things that are walkable; beach, shops, and restaurants. It is not a touristy destination but had many local attractions to visit. It was a nice touch that beach passes, chairs, and umbrellas were included. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home.

This was the perfect little vacation to the Jersey Shore. Lisa’s place was comfortable, clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy and Lisa was always quick to respond to our questions. The location can’t be beat. It’s about a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Cannot recommend any higher.
