Enjoy living in the heart of downtown Sea Bright! This 3br 1bath home is tastefully updated and comes fully furnished. Hardwood floors throughout, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Gas grill and outdoor space for relaxing. Walk to town, shops, restaurants and the beach! One assigned parking spot in front of house (one street permit provided). 4 Beach passes provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach passes :) Please note, the twin beds are best suited for children.

Good to know

3 bedrooms: 1-King, 1-Queen and 2 Twins (best suited for children, not adults). Each bedroom has their own HVAC unit so each guest can control the temperature of their room. 4 beach passes and chairs provided! Outdoor space for grilling and entertaining.

House Rules

Guests must be 28 years or older to book. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, twin beds best suited for children. No smoking, vaping or social gatherings.

Other Details to Note

Twin beds are best suited for children. Minimum age of guests is 29 years old. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. We provide linens (including beach towels) and enough toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc to get your trip started. Please bring additional or there is a Super Food Town in Atlantic Highlands or Acme in Fair Haven. Please Note: Summer 2025 - There is construction one block over from the house. We apologize in advance for any traffic or disturbance and are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know! STORMS: If there is a flood warning, vehicles must be moved to higher ground at either the lot behind Borough Hall or Municipal parking. Any damage to vehicles is the responsibility of the guest.

We had a wonderful weekend at The Sea Shanty! It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better- walkable to the beach and all of Sea Bright’s best spots. Lisa was friendly and responsive. A great host! Would definitely return!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s beach house. It was in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants and the ferry to NY was only a 10 minute drive. We loved our week long stay and hope to stay again next summer. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. Parking spot right in front of house was also great. Lisa communicated with us through the stay and even warned us of a weather event headed to our area as a precaution.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place - the location was great and very walkable to the beach as well as many of the restaurants in Sea Bright. Parking was not bad at all despite the small street. The place was very clean and well furnished and we were grateful to be able to use beach towels/umbrella/cart for our beach days. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time! Our twins loved the room with two beds and had an amazing time walking around Seabright. Lisa was very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay and help make our first family trip across the country even more magical.

Our stay in Sea Bright was better than expected. The house was large and very clean. The distance to the beach, stores, shops was excellent and easily walkable. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and helpful. This was hands down our best Airbnb stay, yet!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s home in Sea Bright. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding week! The location is perfect- a few minutes walk to the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. The house itself is so homey, decorated to perfection. The back yard was our favorite part! We’ll definitely be back.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated even though it only has one bathroom the bathroom was good sized with good shower Location was great for going to the beach and walking to the restaurant in Seabright. Would only suggest that there were a few more blankets as we had a chilly rainy day, and there was only one spare blanket to share between the three of us.

The stay was wonderful, one of the best vacations we had as a family, not one complaint. The house was clean, they had everything we needed and more (we could have packed less), it was so wonderful being able to walk to the beach and have a nice clean house to cook meals in, and a shower that actually had water pressure!! One TV with all channels, each room had own air conditioning, all doors closed and opened properly, and the appliances worked great and all furniture looked new and clean! Enough room for a family of five. Thank you so much Lisa, for giving us one of the best vacation spots!

My family and I loved our stay at this cozy, clean and spacious beach house. It was as advertised being in a great location, quiet street, walkable to beach and local restaurants and convenience store. Communication was great with host as well. Felt right at home and hope to return in the future.
