Good to know

A two bed one bath apartment with ocean and river views! Two street parking spots provided. Street parking is residential permit parking only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Please review street cleaning signs. All vehicles must be relocated off designated side of street during that time.

House Rules

Owners kindly request no smoking, pets or sand. Please rinse beachy feet outside! Maximum of 2 adults, twin beds and trundle beds have a weight limit and are best suited for children. Guests under 28 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please treat our home as if your own. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

Other Details to Note

Age minimum 29 years old. Home is best suited for 2 adults + kids as twin bed is a trundle and has a weight limit, as does the sofa bed. We provide linens (including beach towels) and enough toilet paper / paper towels / trash bags etc to get your trip started. Please bring additional or there is a Super Food Town in Atlantic Highlands or Acme in Fair Haven. Please Note: Summer 2025 - They are finishing up construction on the block behind the house. The main bedroom is on the opposite side (front) of the house and the AC units provide white noise. We are happy to provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to the noise, please let us know! STORMS: If there is a flood warning, vehicles must be moved to higher ground at either the lot behind Borough Hall or Municipal parking. Any damage to vehicles is the responsibility of the guest.

Amazing location, space, and hosts. Was a perfect getaway by the Shore what we were waiting to close on our house. Only regret is now that we have closed on our house, we will have no reason to go back! Don’t think twice about booking Lisa’s beautiful Sea Bright home.

Lisa was so helpful and engaging. We loved the house / apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and functional. We had a great stay at Lisa’s beach house. Close to the beach, and relaxing. Fresh flowers there too. It was perfect escape for some R & R. Great seafood restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again. Thank you Lisa

Lisa is an amazing host who responded to all questions almost immediately. Her place is beautiful with an unbeatable location. Added bonus are the ocean views from a couple of the rooms which we were not anticipating. We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location with the beautiful beach across the street, as well as close proximity to the Highlands for evenings out and boating fun. Was a great stay! Highly recommend.

- Gorgeous place, just as in the photos & it appears even more roomy in person! If there's bad weather, it's the kind of place you'll feel comfortable just staying inside & reading a good book! Look out at the ocean right from where you are! Everything inside has been maintained & it's very clean & neat. Air conditioners are quiet & modern with remotes. Fully stocked kitchen. - Nice quiet location, take your morning coffee right across the street onto the beach every day! Clean beach too. If the ocean there is too rough or a rip tide, just bike or walk down the street to Sandy Hook, Lot C, on the Bay Side, where the Kayak sign is. That Bay is VERY calm. When it's low tide, it is very LOW - very safe for the kids. I like waiting for high tide to swim, then you don't have to walk out so far to get any depth. - The area is terrific for biking, wide bike paths along the beach, north to Sandy Hook in minutes, south to other beaches, west over the beautiful Sandy Hook bridge (or take a stroll over it). Over the bridge in the Highlands, lots of restaurants & a fun place to look around. - Host is very responsive to inquiries, a delight to communicate with! Enjoy!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hosting experience! Lisa and Scott’s place was perfect for a long weekend getaway to the beach. Everything was clean, and Lisa made sure every detail was shared in advance to create a seamless check-in / check-out experience. Lisa even made sure there were coffee and snacks in the cupboard (a much welcomed surprise the morning after a day at the beach with kids). 5 stars all around - would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
